Novara Build Group LLC owns interests in separately organized development entities and owns and administers proprietary brand, design, and development assets. Project work is carried out by separate entities and the professionals they engage.
Novara operates as a parent company. It owns interests in the entities that undertake development projects, and it owns the brand and design intellectual property used across them. It does not build, contract for construction, or provide services to the public.
Each project is undertaken by a separate project entity. That entity holds the property, arranges financing, signs contracts, carries insurance, and engages a licensed general contractor along with other professionals. Novara’s involvement is at the ownership and approval level set out in the governing documents.

What Novara does
Novara’s work is conducted at the company level. Depending on the applicable arrangements, it may include the following.
- Owning interests in separately organized development entities
- Owning proprietary brand, design, and development intellectual property
- Licensing intellectual property to affiliated companies under written agreements
- Maintaining company books, records, agreements, and insurance
- Exercising ownership rights and major approvals under its governing documents
- Maintaining its Casper corporate office
- Coordinating with legal, tax, accounting, banking, insurance, and other professional advisers
