How Novara is administered

Novara administers its ownership interests, intellectual-property assets, major approvals, and company records in accordance with its governing documents and applicable written agreements. Individual project entities remain responsible for their respective property interests, financing, contracts, insurance, professional relationships, and project obligations.

Novara may license proprietary assets to affiliated companies. Construction and project-level professional services are engaged by the applicable project entity.
